Do I Have A Balance Due?
You can check if you have a balance due at any time by accessing your onpatient portal. If you do not yet have access to onpatient, please click the "Contact Us" link and provide us with the following information:
1. Your Health Care Provider's Name
2. Your Name (first and last)
3. Your Date of Birth
Once you have access to onpatient, you will be able to access your billing records in onpatient under Billing ->Payment History.
